Job Description:

We are seeking two organized and detail-oriented Temporary Warranty Department Associates to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Jacksonville, FL, offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment.

As a member of our Warranty Department, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by handling data entry, processing warranty claims, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner

  • Enter and manage data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy

  • Assist with documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as needed

  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding claim statuses

  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned by the Warranty team


Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Warranty processing

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Data entry or general clerical/administrative work

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Additional Information:

  • This is an on-site role; remote work is not available

  • Temporary assignment, with full-time hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Start date: ASAP
